Restaurant facility managers typically have numerous restaurants in their charge. We offer Grease Trap Maintenance programs to ensure compliance with DERM requirements. Regular maintenance also prevents future problems that arise when Grease Traps are not cleaned with the necessary frequency. Improper collection and disposal of fats, oils and grease can lead to these substances getting into the municipal sanitary system. This can lead to sewer overflows that can contaminate business sites, homes and the outdoors too. Post-spill cleanup and maintenance is expensive.
Ameri-Clean Pumping, Inc. provides necessary services, and works collaboratively with facility managers to ensure we contribute to the proper maintenance of these systems. Our personnel are committed to maintaining the highest level of service and professionalism with each customer.
Our services include:
- Removing grease, oil and solids from Grease Trap.
- 100% evacuation of Grease Trap waste.
- Pressure cleaning Grease Trap walls and bottom.
- Jetting lines from tank to building & tank to sewer.
- Cleaning area after service performed.
- Manifest verifying proper disposal of waste.
- Evaluation of grease and solids accumulation at each service interval.
In the event of an emergency requiring immediate service, our service guarantee is to have personnel on site in 120 minutes or less. These unforeseen circumstances happen occasionally, and require immediate attention so that the restaurant can begin to operate routinely in the shortest time possible.
Our Grease Trap maintenance consists of removing the entire volume (liquids and solids) from the Grease Trap and properly disposing of the material in accordance with all Federal, State, and/or local laws. When performed properly and at the appropriate frequency, grease interceptor and trap maintenance can greatly reduce the discharge of fats, oil, and grease (FOG) into the wastewater collection system.
The required maintenance frequency for grease traps depends greatly on the amount of FOG a facility generates as well as any best management practices (BMPs) that the establishment implements to reduce the FOG discharged into its sanitary sewer system. In many cases, an establishment that implements BMPs will realize financial benefit through a reduction in their required grease trap maintenance frequency.
